This award will be given to a business that provides innovative and creative solutions to support their employees' family and/or child care needs or to a business who has been supportive of LaunchPad and its mission.

  • LaunchPad Impact - An award for a Kosciusko Chamber member that provides innovative and creative solutions to support their employees’ family and/or child care needs.
  • Provide a brief description of the nominated business does, its primary activity in the business community. Include number of employees, how long in business, etc.
  • How does this business implement a family friendly work environment?
  • Describe your involvement with the Chamber and how Chamber membership has contributed to improvement of your business (networking, benefits, advocacy, etc.).
  • FOR PROFIT BUSINESS: Demonstrate how the business participates as a charitable partner in the community (i.e., volunteering, grant activities) NONPROFIT BUSINESS: Demonstrate how the nonprofit/association collaborates with other nonprofits in the community
